Yani şimdiki Anayasa'da hükümetle Cumhurbaşkanı arasında potansiyel bir yetki sorunu vardır.

Alman halkı Fransa halkının yanındadır.

Yarın iktidar değişikliklerinde bu yetki krizi daha da yükselip Türkiye'nin önünü tıkayabilir.

Bütün bu nedenlerle Türkiye'nin artık mutlak bir sivil anayasaya ve başkanlık sistemine ihtiyacı vardır. Bunun nasıl bir sistemle olacağı elbette tartışılacaktır.

Bu halk sonunda yine en doğruyu bulacaktır. Benim tercihim partili demokrasi yerine halkın demokrasi yanadır.

So there is the problem of a potential powers between the current Constitution in the government and the president. Is next to the German people, the people of France. This authority crisis may block further rise front of Turkey. Tomorrow, the change of power in Turkey all these reasons no longer needs an absolute civil constitution and presidential system has. How would a system, of course, will be discussed. These people will eventually find the right again. My preference instead of party democracy the people are in favor of democracy.
